Our logistics team works really hard to deliver your order in a timely manner and with good quality packaging.

1. We offer free shipping all over India. Once we dispatch your orders, they will be delivered within 4-6 working days.
   We ship orders on all days except for Sundays, Public and National Holidays.
2. We only ship through reputable courier providers to ensure that your product arrives in good condition and in the quickest amount of time.
3. If there is no courier service in your area, we will ship your items via speed post.

Please note that your shipment can be delayed during festivals, holidays or unfavorable weather.

o For Damaged/Defective Products: Drop us a mail at lakshitaccessories@gmail.com with images of the damaged product within 2 days of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced or refund your money whichever is preferred.

oTerms and Conditions for Returns and Refunds: Product once bought cannot be returned or exchanged except for defects,which should be raised within 24 hours from the date of delivery,provided they are unused with all the tags intact.

oRefund Timeline for the returned product: Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment by obtaining return authorization via phone or email. The refund will be processed within 48 Hrs after the returned item has reached our warehouse and the quality check is successful.

Please Note: The refund initiation time period may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to our warehouse.
